Indian Client Solar Recycling Project Gains Traction After Factory Visit

Today,  we  received  a  client  from  India,  Supreet.  He's  a solar  panelrepair  and installation  company,

and  has  been running  his  own  business  for  about  seven  years. His main purpose in coming to China

was to investigate solar panelrecyclingprojects, hoping to expand into a new business area. Before  Supreet's

arrival,  we  booked  a  hotel  for him  in  advance.

Upon  his  arrival,  our team picked  him up from the airport, and we drove together to the factory. We  had

a very  pleasant  chat  on  the  way,  and  he  shared  many  interesting  stories  with  us. Although he's quite

busy with his business, he still takes time every morning to teach others how to  do  business. The atmosphere

wasn't unfamiliar at all; it was as relaxed as meeting old friends. At  the  factory,  we  first  reconfirmed  his

specific  needs  in  the  conference  room  and also  held a video  conference  with  his  Indian  technical  staff.

Different  materials require  different  solutions,  which  will  affect  the  subsequent  wet  processing  steps.

Supreet brought solar panelsmade of tin-clad copper, and they wanted to be able to process  both single-

glassand double-glasspanels,  with a  target  production  capacity of  1  ton  per  hour,  and  ideally,  fully

automated  to  minimize  manual  intervention.  We confirmed all these basic requirements.Afterwards,  we

took  him  to  the  workshop  to  see  the solar panelrecyclingmachinesand  test  the  equipment.  Our

technical  colleagues  explained  the  principles  and workflows  of  each  piece  of  equipment  in  detail

from  start  to  finish.  Supreet  listened very  attentively,  constantly  asking  questions.  It  was  clear  he

was  very  interested  in the solar  panelrecyclingmachineand  felt  our  technology  was  mature  and  our

experience  solid.  He  was  particularly  impressed  by  the  material  coming  out  of  the tunnel furnace, large,

intact pieces of glass that could be sold at a higher price. Finally,  we  returned  to  the  conference  room

and  finalized  the  solution  together.

Based  on  his  requirements,  we  customized  a  producti on  line  including  a frame removal machine, tunnel

furnace, flue gas treatment system, and separating system. We also specifically prepared a profit analysis and

equipment layout diagram for  him. The solar  panelrecyclingprojectindeed  showed  considerable  potential

for  profit, and Supreet was very satisfied with the machine design and the solution.Through  this  visit,

Supreetgained  a  more  thorough  understanding  of  the solar  panelrecyclingproject  and  had  more  confidence

in  advancing  it.  We  also  provided  him with  all  the  materials  he  needed  to  start  the solar

panelrecyclingproject,  truly helping him. After returning to India, he continued to investigate other aspects

of the project,  and  we  maintained  close  communication.  I  believe  his  new  project  will  be officially

launched soon!
