Indian Customers Visit Sure Origin Group to Test High Voltage Electrostatic Separator – Excellent Results Achieved

This week, Sure Origin Group proudly welcomed two customers from India who visited 

our factory to test our high voltage electrostatic separator.Their goal was to find an 

efficient solution for separating copper wires mixed within plastic waste—a common

 and challenging material in the recycling industry.


During their visit, our technical team provided a full demonstration of the machine's 

working process. The customers brought their own sample materials, which contained 

fine copper wires tangled in shredded plastic particles. After a quick setup and tuning 

of the equipment, the test run began—and the results were impressive.


The electrostatic separator effectively separated the copper from the plastic with a

 high level of precision and purity. The final output showed clean copper and minimal 

plastic contamination, far exceeding the clients’ expectations. They expressed great 

satisfaction with the performance, especially the machine's stability, low energy

 consumption, and easy operation.
