Successful Copper Wire Recycling Project in Mexico

Recently, a customer from Mexico visited Sure Origin Group to inspect and test our Copper Wire Recycling Machine. 

The customer has been engaged in the metal dismantling and wire processing industry for several years and wanted 

to upgrade his operation with a reliable and efficient solution that could provide high-purity copper and plastic separation.

Before visiting China, the customer had carefully compared several suppliers. After reviewing our machine videos and

 technical details, he was impressed by our professional explanations and detailed project design. To make sure the 

equipment matched his material type, he decided to come to our factory for an on-site test.

When he arrived, our engineering team prepared real copper cables for a full demonstration. From shredding, crushing,

 dust collection to copper-plastic separation, every step was shown clearly. The customer observed the whole process 

and was very satisfied with the clean copper output, stable operation, and environment-friendly dust removal system.

He commented that this was the most professional and efficient copper wire recycling system he had seen so far.

After the testing, the customer confirmed the order on the same day. We completed production, quality inspection, 

and shipment within the agreed time. During transportation, our team provided continuous updates until the machines 

arrived safely in Mexico.

To assist with installation, our engineers offered remote technical guidance, including equipment layout, wiring connection

, and operation training. The customer was able to start production smoothly within a short time. Now, his copper wire 

recycling line runs stably every day, helping him process mixed cables into high-purity copper and plastic with excellent
