Sorigin Recycling
Specialized in waste recycling machinery
On April 30, 2023, a high-capacity aluminum plastic medical blister pack recycling machine was successfully installed in Algeria. It all starts from our Algerian customer learned about the possibility of separating aluminum and plastic from blister packs. After they saw it as a promising business opportunity, they immediately reached out to us, Sure Origin, an industry-leading company specializing in recycling machinery.
During our first discussions, the Algerian customer expressed their intention to utilize the separated plastic to create new products. Our sales manager assured them that Sure Origin's aluminum plastic medical blister pack recycling machine could achieve the required level of purity for the separated plastic. It was explained that the purity of the plastic is a crucial factor for its successful reuse.
Sure Origin's aluminum plastic medical blister pack recycling machine boasts an impressive separation rate of over 99%. This means that more than 99% of the aluminum and plastic can be effectively separated and recovered. We provided the customer with purity test reports to demonstrate the machine's performance and the high purity levels achieved.
To further assure the customer, they arranged for a representative to visit our Sure Origin Factory in person. Through video conferencing, the Algerian customer and their representative observed the machine's operation and witnessed the testing of the purity of the separated aluminum and plastic. Satisfied with the results, the customer promptly signed the contract, and Sure Origin initiated the production of the aluminum plastic medical blister pack recycling machine.
Once the final payment was received from the Algerian customer, the machine was shipped to India in January 2023. Due to the prevailing circumstances and travel restrictions caused by the pandemic, our engineers were unable to be physically present for the installation. However, our dedicated sales manager provided detailed instructions for the installation and operation of the machine. Additionally, our engineers were available for remote assistance and guidance if needed.
Our Algerian customer successfully installed and operated the aluminum plastic medical blister pack recycling machine, and they expressed their satisfaction with its performance. They also expressed their intention to expand their production by purchasing another machine with a larger capacity, capable of processing 500-600 kilograms per hour. This further highlights their commitment to sustainable practices and their confidence in Sure Origin's machinery.
